Overall my group had a nice visit to the Wildcat Statue. We learned it was constructed and donated to the school in 2012, but did not learn its full purpose. The group noticed names of alumni, school faculty, and current students on the bricks surrounding the statue. Still questions arose such as "Why was the statue donated?", "What is the statues purpose?", and "What does the statue mean or represent?". These questions still remain unanswered, but may be solved later on in class or outside of class with a little more research. If anyone knows or cares about any of these questions and their answers, feel free to reply.
